Autorep is Duobond's most comprehensive wireless windshield repair machine. Duobond Autorep is a highly automated and very user-friendly solution for perfect stone chip repairs in laminated glass. For more than 40 years, Duobond has been the specialist in windshield repair and therefore knows better than anyone that no two breaks are the same. An important feature of the Duobond Autorep is the innovative and, until now, unique control and programming capability of the machine and the ability to select a fully dedicated program for every type of break or situation. Without any special programming knowledge, anyone can select the following options:

• Manual > Pressure - Vacuum

During the selected program, Autorep will alternate the specified pressure, vacuum and atmospheric pressure according to the pre-programmed program. This gives the technician free hands to carry out other work and lets a glass specialist do the job.

Because not every break is the same, in addition to the full programs, it is also possible via the control panel to, for example, apply only pressure or vacuum to achieve a perfect stone chip repair in laminated glass.

The Duobond Iris repair bridge is a specialized solution for professional windshield repair, integrating injection, inspection and UV curing in one system. The 360-degree rotating platform, the built-in UV LED lamp and the internal rechargeable battery enable technicians to work faster, more clearly and with greater control. This set includes standard Duobond UV resin and Impact-Filler, enough for approximately 100 repairs. In addition, the included cordless drill is a practical tool for drilling out star-shaped cracks and polishing the repaired surface to achieve a clear result.
