Heats Up in 60 Seconds

The pad on the front of the Resinator heats up in less than 60 seconds, delivering a precise, localized temperature increase at the impact site. This enhances the ability of the UV resin to penetrate the damage without the risk of overheating.

Vibration to Remove Air

Simply place the pad on the inside of the glass at the impact location and allow it to heat gently, enabling the resin to flow into the damaged area. If air remains trapped at the edges of the impact, it can be removed using the Resinator's separate vibration function. Repeat this process until all air is eliminated, then proceed with the remaining steps of the windshield repair to achieve a high-quality result.
