Pulse is the first windshield repair automatic device from Duobond, marking the Dutch company's next step in workshop automation. Duobond Pulse offers a highly automated and user-friendly solution for perfect stone chip repairs in laminated glass.

When repairing impacts in car and truck windows, the air trapped in the glass must be replaced with UV resin. To achieve this, pressure and vacuum alternate during the process to eliminate all air fractures and fill them with UV resin. Due to this continuous alternation of pressure and vacuum, Pulse is named after your heartbeat, with upper and lower pressure phases. Unlike manually operating a plunger in the injector to alternate pressure and vacuum, Pulse takes over this task from the technician. In contrast to manually operating a plunger in the injector to alternate pressure and vacuum, it is now Pulse's job to take over this work from the technician.

Duobond has been a specialist in windshield repair for over 40 years and understands that no two impacts are the same. An important feature of Pulse is its innovative and unique control and programming options. Without special programming knowledge, anyone can run the 10-minute Pulse program, during which pressure, vacuum, and atmospheric pressure alternate. This allows the technician to perform other tasks simultaneously, confident that the windshield repair is in progress. Since every impact differs, the control panel also allows users to apply only pressure or vacuum to ensure a perfect stone chip repair in laminated glass.

Duobond Pulse incorporates all our experience into the capabilities of this automatic device to minimize cracks or air leaks in the window. Pulse is equipped with software and multiple sensors that continuously monitor pressure and vacuum on the window and respond immediately when needed. For example, if a vacuum or pressure loss occurs, Pulse corrects it to the desired level. This ensures an easy and perfect window repair in laminated glass.

Because Pulse consistently delivers optimal results and reduces the mechanic's time investment, it encourages a proactive approach to windshield repairs within your company. Pulse operates on 12V power; in addition to using a transformer, you can also work on location outside the company using the supplied 12V connection cable with a cigarette lighter plug.
