The automatic Duobond systems work with an electric pressure and vacuum pump, allowing constant and controlled pressure and vacuum build-up. This increases the reproducibility of the repair and reduces the physical workload of the technician.

The transfer of pressure and vacuum to the crack takes place via the Duobond Pulse injector feedthrough with pump nipple, which is equipped with a quick coupling. This feedthrough literally forms the connection between the hose from the electric pump and the glass and is used in combination with the Duobond Pulse and Duobond Autorep systems.

This Duobond Pulse injector feedthrough with pump nipple consists of a feedthrough with rubber seal, a plastic pressure and vacuum cylinder, and a rubber pressure chamber. Together, these components ensure reliable sealing, efficient pressure transfer, and a stable repair process, resulting in consistent and professional car glass repair
