DART oil has been specially developed to reduce frictional resistance between the moving parts of both the DART and DART Blue injector. The oil is applied between the vacuum cylinder and the vacuum seal located around the plunger.

This targeted lubrication minimizes resistance during injector operation. This results in smoother movement of the plunger, better control over pressure and vacuum build-up, and a more stable repair process.
